# Checkly CLI 5.0.1

Published Feb 26, 2025

## New alert channel constructs

The CLI now supports three existing alert channels as code: Incident.io, Microsoft Teams, and Telegram. Define them with their corresponding constructs, just like any other alert channel construct.

## Node.js 16.x is no longer supported

As Node.js 16.x reached end of life in late 2023, this new major CLI version updates all relevant dependencies to a later Node.js major version. If you run the Checkly CLI in a Node.js 16.x environment, upgrade Node.js before upgrading the CLI.
