## Checkly Uptime Monitoring is live

A lightweight, cost-effective way to monitor the fundamentals of reliability: URL monitors for websites and docs, TCP monitors for ports and services, and heartbeat monitors for cron jobs and scheduled tasks. It integrates with your Monitoring as Code setup, so you can define monitors in code and manage everything through your Git workflows.

## Deploy the Checkly Agent on Kubernetes with Helm

The new Checkly Helm chart repository makes deploying the Checkly Agent for Private Locations much simpler. Add the repo, then install the agent chart with `helm upgrade --install my-agent checkly/agent --set apiKeySecret.apiKey=pl_...`.

## Network retries for API checks and URL monitors

You can now re-run a check only when it fails due to a network-related issue such as `ECONNRESET`, `ETIMEDOUT`, or `ENOTFOUND`. Checks won't retry on HTTP errors, failed assertions, or other failures, reducing noise from transient network errors while still surfacing real issues. Available in the CLI from version `6.2.0`; Terraform and Pulumi support is in development.
