Checkly sends a few kinds of email. Some you control yourself, others are part of running your account.

Alert emails

Alerts about your checks are sent through alert channels. To change who gets alert emails, or to stop them, edit the email alert channel or which checks are subscribed to it.

Weekly summary

Checkly sends a weekly summary email about the checks in your account. To turn it off:
  1. Open Settings and, under Account, select Preferences.
  2. Under Notifications, turn off Yes, send me the weekly summary email.
The setting only changes your own emails, and only for the account you have selected. If you’re a member of several accounts, change it in each of them.

Account and billing emails

Some emails are part of running your account and can’t be turned off, for example invitations, usage and quota warnings, payment problems and plan changes. Usage, billing and payment emails go to members who can change plan and billing: Owners, Admins and custom roles with that permission. Payment emails also go to the billing email address of your subscription. On the Hobby plan and during a trial, quota emails go to every member.
