Remote-first

Most of our team works remotely from 16+ countries, with flexible working hours. We've got a sales team in our NYC office, who are great at balancing sync working with each other and customers, and async working with the rest of the team.

Transparency

Transparency guides and enables us on many fronts. Team: company strategy, decisions, async working. Candidates: public employee handbook, hiring playbook and pay calculator. Customers: pricing.

Product

The team is excited by our Checkly product. We're solving real problems for developers. We created our own monitoring category with Monitoring as Code (MaC). We're cheaper than traditional competitors.
